You can become a member by agreeing to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and filling out the required information in the [Register] menu. You can use the service for free immediately after signing up.
Ordering Guide
Product ordering is done in the following steps.
- Step 1: Search for product
- Step 2: Add to cart
- Step 3: Member ID login or non-member order
- Step 4: Fill out order form
- Step 5: Select payment method and pay
- Step 6: Order success screen (order number)
For guest (non-member) orders, please ensure that you retain your order number and card approval number for reference. For registered members, these details are recorded automatically and no additional action is required.

We accept the following payment methods:
- FPX Online Banking (Malaysia)
- Credit/Debit Card (Global)
- Alipay (China) *Coming soon*
Please ensure your selected payment method has sufficient available balance (funded by a verified bank account or card) before proceeding with checkout.
Kindly note: All prices are listed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). For international cards, your bank may apply additional currency conversion or transaction fees.
Payment Information
For high-value payments, your credit card company may call you for verification purposes. If, during the verification process, we determine that your order is not legitimate, such as if your card was stolen or placed under someone else’s name, we may place your order on hold or cancel it.

Delivery Method: Courier
Delivery Area: Malaysia and International shipping to selected countries (available destinations will be shown at checkout).
Delivery Time: 1–3 business days (Malaysia), 3–10 business days (International) *estimated — delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination

Exchange/Return Information
All SOOH purchases are final and non-refundable due to hygiene purposes.
Returns are not accepted for incorrect orders made by customers, change of mind, used items, or items damaged after delivery.

Jewelry Metal Allergy Information:
At SOOH, we carefully select materials to minimize the risk of allergies. All metals used are lead- and nickel-free, making them generally hypoallergenic. While we choose hypoallergenic materials, everyone’s skin is different, and some people may still be sensitive to silver or gold.
For detailed material specifications and proper care instructions, please refer to our Material & Care. If you have very sensitive skin or are prone to severe allergic reactions, we recommend reviewing this information carefully before placing an order.
Fabric Products:
Due to the nature of fabrics, slight irregularities may occur, including stains, stitching or thread pulls, weaving irregularities, wrinkles, labels, or variations in printed fabric. If you are concerned about these minor imperfections, please consider this before purchase.
