Return & Exchange

At SOOH, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and all goods sold are non-refundable due to hygiene purposes.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We only offer refunds in cases where we have sent you an incorrect item due to our error.

To request a return for an incorrect item:

  1. Email us immediately at halosooh@gmail.com to report the error.
  2. Wait for confirmation – we will verify the mistake.
  3. Upon approval, we will provide our return shipping address.

Return requirements:

  • Item must be completely unused.
  • Item must be in its original condition with no signs of wear or use.
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

If you decide to keep the incorrect item, it will be considered a final sale, and no return or refund will be available.

NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Items ordered incorrectly by the customer (e.g., wrong size, model, or selection).
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction.
  • Items damaged after delivery.
  • Products not in their original condition.
  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
  • We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit — please use a trackable shipping method.
  • Any items damaged during return shipping will not be refunded.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

REFUND PROCESSING

  • For eligible returns, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
